Client Services Team

The Client Services team are the beating heart of QICDRC ensuring flawless service delivery on a global scale. Our 8 strong team are dedicated to providing world class operational and administrative support to the Court, Tribunal and ADR Centre. Our international clients trust us with all aspects of their visit from case management, event set up, catering to IT equipment assistance.


There are 2 receptions, one for the Court and one for the ADR Centre, the latter of which can accommodate small scale events. As well as providing impeccable front of house services, our receptionists can also help with tasks such as booking couriers, providing lunch options, recommending local sights/amenities and more.  


The QICDRC comprises a large plenary room, a courtroom and a number of retirement rooms across 2 floors. The rooms are suitable for arbitration, mediation, court hearings, seminars, training and meetings of various sizes. Please browse the rooms section of our site to see the various layouts or look at the floor plans to get an overall view of each floor. Re-configuration of some rooms can be arranged if needed.

Video Conferencing

The QICDRC are proud to offer the latest High-speed audio-video and web conferencing technology throughout most of our rooms and spaces. Whatever your specifications, our first class IT support team are on-site to provide you with all the technical support and expertise you may require.


The Court room is equipped with state of the art technology enabling display of real time video conference testimony on retractable motorised screens. Audio and Video recording is also possible. The full sized, sound proof interpretation booth is complimented by wireless receivers for use by all parties. A visualiser is also available on request.

Legal Support Services

The QICDRC has a number of preferred suppliers who offer a wide range of multilingual legal support services including translation, transcription and interpretation. Click here for a list of expert providers.

Telephones or Conference Calls

All rooms are equipped with telephones for clients' use. These phones can also be used for conference calls of up to 5 simultaneous destinations. Polycom speaker phones with two additional microphones can also be set up in rooms.

Multifunctional Devices

The QICDRC has multifunctional devices for client hire to cater for their printing and photocopying needs, as well as faxing and scanning . Once connected to the QICDRC Client Internet they can also print directly to these devices. Each client has a unique user ID for these devices.

Internet Access & Wi-Fi

Both wireless and cabled internet connections are available in every room at QICDRC. With a secure wireless network and fibre optic connection, your connectivity is guaranteed. Wireless repeaters are fitted throughout the centre ensuring a good signal is available.


We are happy to receive documents and boxes prior to the start of your hearing or event to be stored safely until required. Local and international couriers can be booked to return files on your behalf following the completion of your hearing or event.

The QICDRC premises have 24/7 security presence which manages building and floor access, car parking, CCTV and alarm systems. In addition, all rooms have fingerprint and card access control systems.
