Filing a case at QICDRC is simple and fully online through our e-Court system. Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Create an e-Court Account
Register using your personal details and ID. Once approved, you’ll receive login credentials. [Need help? Contact the Registry.]
Step 2:
Prepare your Claim Form
Include:
- Names and contacts of parties
- Summary of the dispute
- Jurisdiction basis
- Supporting documents
- Requested remedy
Make sure it’s signed, dated, and includes a statement of truth.

Step 3:
Submit Your Case Online
Log in, create your case, and upload your Claim Form and documents.
Tip: Label files clearly (e.g., “Claim Form – Contract Dispute”).
Step 4:
Wait for Case Issuance
The Registry will review your submission. If valid, a Case Reference Number and Letter of Issue will be generated.
Step 5:
Serve the Documents & Manage Your Case
- Serve the Letter of Issue + Claim Form + documents
- Deadline: Sixty days (or 7 days for Small Claims)
- Upload proof of service
