Summary

The Qatar International Court denied 360 Nautica LLC's request to appeal a decision requiring them to pay ADIL BASHIR AHMED QAR 405,591 in outstanding remuneration. The First Instance Circuit ruled Ahmed's employment started on 1 February 2020, as per his contract, and he was entitled to his full salary without deductions. The appellate court found no substantial grounds to challenge this decision. Additional issues raised by 360 Nautica, including withholding salary due to alleged misconduct, were deemed inadmissible as they were not presented in the initial trial. Consequently, the appeal was refused.
