Summary

The Qatar International Court's Appellate Division dismissed the appeal by John and Wiedeman LLC against Trimoo Parks LLC and other respondents. The appeal sought to hold all respondents liable for unpaid legal fees, but the court affirmed the First Instance Circuit's decision that only Trimoo Parks was liable under a 2018 letter of engagement. The court found no amendments or implied contracts making other respondents liable. Trimoo Parks has not paid the judgment, and no other respondent has addressed the court’s observations to cover the shortfall. The appeal was partially permitted on specific grounds but ultimately denied.
