Summary

The judgment in the case between Sami Mahgoub Mohammed Moustafa (Claimant) and Sharq Insurance LLC (Defendant) in the Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Court Appellate Division concluded with the refusal of Mr. Moustafa's application for permission to appeal the First Instance Circuit's decision. The court found no merit in the appeal, and Mr. Moustafa was ordered to pay the costs incurred by Sharq. The court rejected Mr. Moustafa's claims of psychological pressure in signing a settlement agreement and found that his additional remuneration claim lacked supporting evidence. The other claims were also dismissed.
