Mr. Al-Rayyan alleged unpaid salary and other remuneration based on employment contracts from September 2021 and February 2023. Tricion contended the contracts were not intended to be legally binding and were created to assist Mr. Al-Rayyan with residency and financial matters. The court found no credible evidence supporting Mr. Al-Rayyan's claims, highlighting inconsistencies and lack of direct knowledge in the presented evidence. No order as to costs was made.
