Summary
On September 23, 2026, the Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Court ruled in favor of Andreea Silvana Nsiri, a Romanian citizen residing in Qatar, against Tamanna BNPL LLC. Following a terminated employment relationship and subsequent mediation, Tamanna BNPL LLC agreed to pay Nsiri QAR 17,367 within 10 days and QAR 8,000 within 60 days. While the first payment was made, the second was not, prompting Nsiri to sue. The court ordered Tamanna BNPL LLC to pay QAR 8,000 plus interest and cover Nsiri's legal costs. The defendant’s request for a further extension was denied.
