Qatar Business Law Forum Conference and Awards Ceremony Held in Doha

The seventh edition of the Qatar Business Law Forum Conference took place on October 12 in Doha and was hosted by LexisNexis Middle East. The event brought together legal experts and professionals in Qatar to discuss the latest legal developments and trends in the country and region. QICDRC participated in the conference as a strategic alliance partner. In addition to the conference, the Qatar Business Law Forum also hosted a Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony to recognize exceptional achievement within Qatar's legal community.

    Through its supervisory arbitrational jurisdiction under Law No 2 of 2017 issuing the Arbitration Law in Civil and Commercial Matters, parties can elect the QICDRC as the “Competent Court” of arbitration to perform various functions in relation to interim measures, enforcement of awards and appeals.
