Summary
In a judgment by the Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Court, Aegis Services LLC successfully claimed QAR 6,500 plus interest from Bakertilly Advisory Services LLC (formerly Moore Qatar) for an ISO 27001 Certification contract. The Defendant's counterclaim alleging fraud and incomplete performance was dismissed due to a lack of evidence.
